    Heybetli Metallurgy is a producer that casts special alloys at its foundry for longer than 50 years. There is a foundry, a welding shop, a dressing shop, a heat treatment unit, and a quality control unit at its production facility in Gebze / KOCAELİ.

  • 2. Do you have quality certificates?

    Our company has NAVIGA ISO 9001: 2008 and Bureau Veritas Quality Management Certificates.

  • 3. Which sectors do you produce for?

    We have a wide array of products directed at Iron and Steel Industry, Ship Building, Molding, Aluminum Cable Production, Energy, Machinery Production, Valve Sector, Aviation and Defense Industry, Petrol, Natural Gas, and Chemicals sectors.

  • 4. Do you provide scientific and technical support to your corporate clients?

    Our company does not only supply products and form commercial partnerships with our corporate clients, but also work as their “quality partner” to assist them achieve optimum solutions to their problems.

  • 5. What production methods do you use for Copper, Copper Alloys, Stainless Steel and Steel Alloys Casting?

    We use Sand and Resin Mould Casting, Gravity Die Casting, Mold Casting, Centrifugal Casting, Forging and Extrusion methods. Products are dispatched after quality control.

  • 6. Which certificates do you give for your products when requested?

    Spectro Analysis Certificate, Hardness Certificate, 3.1 Quality Certificate, Electrical Conductivity Measurement Report, Hydraulic Pressure Test Report, Measurement Control Report, Ultrasonic Crack Test Report, Penetration Test Report, Tensile Strength, Breaking Strength and Yield Strength Reports are provided.

  • 7. How can we request a price offer?

    You need to send your request in writing through e-mail. In case Copper, Copper Alloys, Stainless Steel and Steel Alloy Casting material are requested, analysis norm or analysis values, material measurements or technical drawing, number of requested material and technical specifications must be sent. For Spare Parts and Components of Arc Furnaces, technical drawing or technical specifications must be sent alongside number of requested material.

  • 8. What are the limits of casting weight?

    Single piece casting weight is between 5 kg and 1500 kg.

  • 9. How can we order?

    You can print our price offer and write “We confirm our order” and wet stamp and sign by the authorized person. When this is sent to our e-mail as scanned attachment, you can confirm your order.

  • 10. What is your delivery timeline?

    Depending on the type ad number of products, cast material is delivered in 1 – 15 days, Spare Parts and Components of Arc Furnaces can be delivered in 15 – 60 days.

  • 11. What are your target markets?

    Our target markets are the Middle East, North Africa, Turkic Republics, Russia, and Europe
